Typhoon Doksuri hit China’s southeastern coast and Taiwan, causing power cuts, school closures, and travel delays.
The storm killed at least 39 people in the Philippines and caused flooding and landslides. Over 724,600 people were affected in China, and direct economic losses amounted to $7.3 million.
